Cindy E. Chestaro, M.D., FAAP is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics. She received her medical degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in the Dominican Republic and then went on to complete a residency in Pediatrics at John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County in Chicago, IL. Dr. Chestaro then completed a Fellowship in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at The University of Chicago Medicine & Biological Sciences. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and related Disabilities (LEND) Program from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She specializes in the diagnostic evaluation, medical management, and family support for children with motor, communicative, sensory, developmental, genetic, neurological, learning, and behavioral disorders – including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Complex ADHD, Learning Disorders, Speech and Language Disorders, Intellectual Disability, Developmental Delays and Behavioral Disorders. Dr. Chestaro speaks both English and Spanish.
