Pediatric Training at OLOL
The OLOL Pediatric Residency Program is designed to meet ACGME Pediatric Program Requirements while providing opportunities for each resident to develop an individualized curriculum to meet unique needs. Individualized rotations, customized with faculty advisor and curriculum advisors (associate program director/program director), consist of:
- Acting-fellow rotations: advanced rotations designed to supplement experiences in each resident’s area of interest. At least 1 acting fellow experience is encouraged during both PGY-2 and PGY-3 years.
- Resident/Advisor selected experiences based on resident learning needs and career goals.
- Up to an average 4 hours per week administrative time on bundle rotations to devote to appropriate pre-approved advocacy, quality, or research activities.
